PIKART, Polona Remic s.p., who manages the online store www.pikart.si, advocates for the correct use of personal data in his business. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the company is committed to protecting the personal data of online shop users.

For the needs of the online store www.pikart.si, marketing via e-mail and sales promotion, the following user data is collected:
1. name and surname
2. the address and place of residence
3. the address for sending the ordered goods
4. e-mail address (username)
5. password in encrypted form
6. phone number

In addition, the content of the orders and the content of the wish list are stored. For security purposes, IP addresses of users who access and use the online store www.pikart.si are also collected.

We collect personal information with the explicit consent of individuals. We keep the consent together with their content and content of the form they were obtained with.

Personal data is used exclusively by the responsible person in the company: Polona Remic and Tatjana Lukež.

Personal data collections are stored on servers in Germany and are not exported to other countries.

We keep the personal information of the individual until the consent is denied for the storage and processing of individual data. After the cancellation of the consent of the individual, his personal information is immediately and effectively erased.

Insofar as the aforementioned purposes for which we store and process personal data in our company will cease, we will immediately delete the databases whose purpose is terminated efficiently and permanently.

  • Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.
  • Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner.
  • Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
  • Lodge a complaint. Users have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority.
